The Body
Where science meets ancient medicine
I’ve always been fascinated by the human body—how it functions, adapts, communicates, and works to bring itself back into balance.
My background in integrative physiology gave me a deep appreciation for the science behind what we feel: the relationship between the nervous system, hormones, circulation, fascia, muscles, and skin. But studying the body through a Western lens also made me curious about what might be missing.
Chinese medicine taught me to see the body as a whole. A symptom rarely exists in isolation—it can be connected to the way you sleep, digest, move through your cycle, respond to stress, or experience the world around you.
That’s why my treatments bring both perspectives together. I consider the biological processes at work while also looking for the deeper patterns your body may be expressing.
Because your body isn’t working against you. It’s communicating with you—and I’m here to help you understand what it’s trying to say.
