Regenerative Acu+ Microneedling Series
This series is for skin that wants to repair, rebuild, and glow — naturally.
Regenerative Acu-Microneedling combines advanced microneedling with body acupuncture to support collagen production, skin repair, and recovery from the inside out. By calming the nervous system and improving circulation before and after microneedling, the skin is better able to heal, regenerate, and glow.
Each session includes customized body acupuncture, face and neck microneedling, LED light therapy, and calming post-treatment care to reduce inflammation and support optimal healing. The result is skin that looks smoother, firmer, brighter, and more resilient — without aggressive treatments or unnecessary downtime.

No. Single sessions are always available. Packages are offered for those who want consistent care and the best long-term results.

If you’re looking for deeper skin support to address facial tension, stagnant lymph, congestion, and improve facial symmetry & glow, then the Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Series is a great place to start.
If your focus is collagen, texture, or scarring, the Regenerative Acu-Microneedling Series may be a better fit.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is typically recommended weekly to start.
Microneedling sessions are usually spaced every 4–6 weeks.
Timing may be adjusted based on your skin and goals. -
It’s best to arrive to your appointment with a clean face or minimal makeup. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Avoid caffeine or other stimulants the day of your appointment. Avoid using topical exfoliants (including retinol) at least 24 hours beforehand. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and have a meal before receiving facial acupuncture.
If you have had botox or fillers within 3 weeks of your appointment or if you have a sunburn, please reach out to reschedule.

Typically, your first session will fall around 2hrs because it includes a thorough health history intake. Follow-up treatments run about 1.5hrs.

For facial rejuvenation treatments, there is no down time! You should leave feeling a glow ✷
Microneedling & nanoneedling treatments have minimal downtime. It is possible to have some facial redness but it should go away within 24-48hrs.
*It is not recommended to receive Microneedling more than 1x every 3-4 weeks. However, you can receive Facial Rejuvenation treatments weekly in between to speed up results

Facial rejuvenation sessions should provide an instant glow to the skin. While one session can be beneficial for a special event, 8-10 weekly sessions repeated at least once every 1-2 years for lasting effects. Maintenance treatments are always recommended and are based on treatment goals.
Microneedling can provide instant skin tightening effects after just one session but it takes about 2 weeks for the results to fully develop! 4 monthly sessions for building momentum in collagen production is ideal for results to last 3-5 years.

Avoid wearing makeup or sweating for 24hrs after your appointment.
Avoid extended sun exposure and make sure to apply sunscreen if going outside.
Avoid retinols, exfoliants, and acids on the skin for 7 days.
Wash your face with only water the evening after your appointment. You can moisturize with hyaluronic acid and a gentle non-comedogenic moisturizer whenever your skin feels dry. You may resume your regular skincare routine in the following days but avoid harsh exfoliants for 2 weeks.
*Remember your skin has a much higher absorption rate in the week after microneedling so it is not recommended to add any new skincare products to your routine for at least 2 weeks following.

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover facial rejevenation or microneedling because they are cosmetic procedures. However, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement if we are treating pain conditions in addition to treating the skin.
